The Central Ohio Aerospace and Technology Center (COATC) needs to act as if it were still an Air
Force Base in order to sustain and grow the government workload here.

The Port Authority will lead a public-private delegation to Washington D.C. The contingent will meet
with U.S. Senator Brown and Congressmen Space as well as staff for Senator Voinovich. Additional visits are being scheduled as well.

Ohio Aerospace Day 2008
May 7, 2008 saw a public-private group spend a day in the state capitol, as part of Ohio Aerospace Day. Meetings with
Senator Schaffer, Representative Hottinger, and Representative Dodd were part of a series of state-level events.
2006 Legis Day
On August 29, 2006 a series of briefings was held with staff of various federal and state officials.
